Method 2: Check via NSE
Visit the NSE IPO bid verification page: nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids
Select Equity & SME IPO bid details.
Choose the company code DHOOTTRANS from the dropdown.
Enter your PAN and Application Number.
Click Submit to see your status.
Method 3: Check via BSE
Go to the BSE IPO allotment status page.
Select Equity as the issue type.
Choose DHOOTTRANS from the dropdown.
Enter your Application Number or PAN.
Enter the captcha and click Submit.
Method 4: Check via Your Broker or Bank
Most brokerage apps (Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, etc.) show IPO application status directly in the "Orders" or "IPO" section of the app. You may also receive an SMS or email from the registrar confirming your allotment status and, if applicable, a refund notification for unblocked ASBA/UPI funds.
What Happens Next
If allotted: Shares will be credited to your demat account by August 14, 2026, and Dhoot Transmission is scheduled to list on NSE and BSE on August 17, 2026.
If not allotted: Blocked funds under ASBA/UPI will be released back to your bank account, generally by August 14, 2026.
Given the strong overall subscription (~75x), retail allotment is likely to be decided by lottery, so it's worth checking through more than one source if the registrar site is slow due to heavy traffic.
